Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy describes our current privacy practices with regard to information we collect through interactions with you or your computer while you are using the RideMax for Disneyland software. This policy does not cover the practices of third parties, including those of our partners and distributors.
 
By using the RideMax for Disneyland software, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.

We collect information from our users and their computers when they use the RideMax software. We collect both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information. We may also collect information from our users when they request support, whether through e-mail, by telephone, or through automated help features within our products. RideMax Software owns all information we collect from our users.
 
We may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information at various points while you use the RideMax software, such as when you register the software, upgrade the RideMax software, or purchase additional products or services. Examples of the types of information we may collect include: your name, street address, phone or fax number, e-mail address, and credit card or bank account information. We also log each use of the RideMax software, including your email address, registration code, IP address, RideMax version, date and time of use, and information to help us distinguish your computer from another.
 
We may use the personally identifiable information you provide about yourself, along with the information in our usage log, to fulfill your requests for products and services, to contact you about your subscription, to complete and support your activities, to respond to your inquiries about our offerings, to customize our software and services, and to assist us in enforcing our licensing policy. We may use your e-mail address and other personally identifiable information to send you service notifications about your subscription, about the services you currently use, and concerning changes to our Privacy Policy, or other legal or policy matters. If you have given us permission, we may use your e-mail address and other personally identifiable information to provide you with information about products and services we believe may be of interest to you. We also may collect or generate from our usage log and subscriber database non-personally identifiable information, including information about the way in which the RideMax software is used. FunPlans.com may use non-personally identifiable information we collect to improve and tailor our products and services, and we may share this information with others, including our partners, customers, and prospective customers. This non-personally identifiable information is not linked to any RideMax software user.
 
 
Disclosure of information
 
We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary to
     
  fulfill your requests for service,
  protect the security and and enforce the licensing policies of our software, services, and Web sites,
  protect ourselves from liability,
  respond to legal process and comply with law, or
  complete a merger, acquisition, or liquidation of the company.
 
 
Correcting or Removing Personal Information
 
We may share anonymous, statistical information about users of our products and services with third parties, including, but not limited to, our vendors, customers, potential customers, and corporate partners.
 
We may contract with other companies to ship orders and to bill users for goods and services. We also may contract with other companies in order to provide some of the services we offer to our users. If we do so, we will share your name and personally identifiable information with these companies to the extent necessary to provide you with the service you have requested.
 
 
Notification of Changes in Policy
 
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or remove the personal information you have provided us. Personally identifiable information we have collected and transferred to back-up or archival storage may, however, be retained indefinitely.
