With mixed emotions, we're writing to let you know that we are no longer offering the RideMax planning tool for sale. This wasn't an easy decision, and we want to share with you the reasons behind it.

Over recent years, we've seen a significant decline in RideMax usage, largely due to changes in how Disney Parks operate. With Disney's own app becoming a requirement for park touring and capturing most visitors' attention, there's naturally less room for alternative planning tools like RideMax. Additionally, the increasing reliance on Lightning Lane and Virtual Queues has made it more challenging to create the kind of reliable, advance planning that RideMax was designed to provide.

As these changes have led to decreased sales, we've reached a point where it's no longer economically viable to continue offering the planner. While this chapter of RideMax is coming to a close, we're exploring possibilities for future planning tools that won't be as dependent on Disney's evolving systems. We encourage you to stay tuned for potential future announcements.

Most importantly, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the thousands of customers who have supported RideMax over the years. Your trust in our planning tool has meant a lot to us, and we hope it helped make your Disney visits more enjoyable and efficient.
